Return Policy

Important. Prior to a return we must be notified and the return approved by us.

Items returned must be in their original unopened sealed see through packaging and complete with all gift boxes and attachments

14 Day Money Back Guarantee. Your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please return the item to us within 14 days of date received by you, and we will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction, or refund the cost of the item if a solution cannot be found. All returned jewellery will be inspected prior to issuing a refund. All items remain the responsibility of the sender until we receive the item back, so we recommend that you send your return by insured, signed for postage. Please mark any items to be returned with RETURN  ITEM on the outside of the package and include your purchase details including name, date purchased and order number inside the packaging

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, earrings and customised  items will only be refunded/replaced if faulty and in their unopened original sealed see through packaging, complete with all gift boxes and attachments.

None Return/Refundable Items

Customised rings including patterned wedding rings made to size, any jewellery that has been customised in any way including inscriptions including earrings, not in their unopened original sealed see through packaging and complete with all gift boxes and attachments are non-refundable.

All returns must be paid for by the buyer using an insured and tracked service
